We offer free shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We are steadily working on increasing our shipping speed.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note: free shipping only applies to domestic orders within the United States. The international shipping rates for our products are weight-based and will be calculated upon checkout. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

Returns

You may return new, unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will send you an email to notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges

If your item is incorrect, defective or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, you will receive your money much more quickly in many cases. This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), as well as the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
